Each winter, Ski & Snowboard Club Vail helps more than 500 children develop character, courage and commitment through their participation in our winter snowsport programs. Making SSCV affordable to all is our objective, thus fundraising and volunteerism are integral to the success of the organization. 

Individual donations directly enable us to fulfill our mission of providing youth with the opportunity for character growth and excellence through athletics. There are a number of ways in which you can help make a difference for all of the programs and athletes participating in Ski & Snowboard Club Vail.

Ways to support SSCV...

Donors who contribute gifts to the Annual Fund Campaign at a level of $1,500 or higher are recognized as members of SSCV's Leadership Council. These supporters are vital to the success of Ski & Snowboard Club Vail, and Council members are also eligible for a number of fulfillment items and invites to special SSCV events throughout the year.

In order to keep our ski, snowboard and academic programs affordable for all, only 60- 70% of the actual cost of each athlete’s program is collected via enrollment fees. The more kids we serve, the greater our fundraising needs become. For the 2011/2012 season, Ski & Snowboard Club Vail must raise over $800,000 to cover operational costs - in essence, to make SSCV possible.
