History/Background: 

Originally from Blowing Rock, North Carolina, Jim grew up skiing 100+ days per year (mostly nights) on a small ski hill in North Carolina. He has had a life-long passion for skiing and ski racing. Jim has lived in Vail for almost 12 years, with his beautiful wife Lynda and two daughters, Naomi and Lizzy.
