Each year, SSCV bridges the gap between program fees and the true cost of delivering a world-class experience through our Annual Campaign. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to maintain the level of quality our athletes need to reach their full potential — in sport and in life.
The costs of running a program like ours are wide-ranging and include, among many others: supporting an exceptional coaching staff; on-snow safety measures; professional development and continuing education; Golden Peak, Maloit Park, Copper, Rail Garden, Trampolines and MFC facilities; van upgrades; building maintenance; and administrative support.

At SSCV, we made a deliberate choice not to pass the full cost of our programming on to families. Program fees alone don’t cover everything we provide — and that gap is closed entirely through the generosity of donors like you. Every gift, at every level, helps fund the gap and keep fees accessible and our programming exceptional for every athlete we serve.

Ski & Snowboard Club Vail offers an array of part-time programs for athletes at a variety of levels. Part-time programs take place between one and three days per week, mostly on the weekends. These programs are designed to develop skills in aspiring athletes across all snowsport disciplines, as well as cycling, and hopefully prepare them for advancement into a full-time program offering.
Our coaching program is designed to develop athletes across a spectrum of ages and disciplines—from beginner to elite, with both part-time and full-time tracks. SSCV coaches are committed not only to athlete performance but to building character, courage, and commitment in their athletes.
We are very proud of our scholarship program. Our team considers the average additional expenses families are facing in order to participate in the sport, i.e., equipment, passes, travel, camps, etc., everything beyond the Club program fees. Scholarship funds come from both individual and corporate donations as well as SSCV coaches and administrators as they believe in providing the opportunity for all kids to experience snows ports. Scholarships are available to support up to 100% of program fees.
The Ski & Snowboard Club Vail programs focus on developing character, courage, and commitment at all levels. For those athletes with the athletic skill and commitment to take their training to a higher level, we offer full-time programming. Our full-time programs provide athletes the opportunity to further strengthen their physical and mental abilities through excellent coaching, increased time on snow, and the support of a competitive peer group.

Every year, SSCV raises a percentage of its operating budget through our Annual Campaign. This campaign allows the club to continue to provide world-class training and attract and retain outstanding coaches across all age levels.
SSCV hosts a variety of fundraising events that bring our community together in support of our athletes and programs. These events help sustain our mission and ensure the continued excellence of training at every level.
